Summer Programs 2021

Our soccer programs, which includes technical soccer sessions, strength & conditioning, and speed/agility training, will start on Tuesday June 1st and will end August 15th or whenever the athlete starts school/tryouts.

There will be one off week from June 29th - July 6th.

Sessions will be held Monday - Thursday with Fridays and Saturdays being reserved for missed/make-up sessions or for extra sessions outside of the program.

All trainings (both technical soccer sessions and strength & conditioning sessions) will take place at TeamWork Sports KC in Waldo. Soccer sessions will take place on the soccer turf and the strength & conditioning sessions will take place in the newly built fitness studio.  

Our main program was designed to be 4 days a week but we also offer 3 and 2 day a week options.

 

We will have 3 different time slots in the morning and 1 evening slot in evening on M/W for our soccer sessions. These sessions will be an hour and a half long. 

T/R will be our strength & conditioning and speed/agility days. These days will only be an hour long and will be limited to only 5 athletes per session to insure each athlete is getting individual attention when working out. Each athlete will undergo an assessment and from that they will get an individual plan built for what they need to focus on throughout the course of the summer.  Workout times will be available in the morning and in the evening. Morning sessions will start at 8:00am and go until 1:00pm. Evening sessions will start at 4:00pm and go until 8:00pm. Choice of workout time will be on a first come first serve basis, once 5 athletes have signed up for a certain time slot I will not allow any others to join that time. 

 

Weekly Schedule:

4 Days a Week Program - $500 Total 

  • 2 days of Soccer sessions on Monday & Wednesday @ 8:00am-9:30am, 9:30am-11:00am, or 11:00am-12:30pm. There will also be an evening time on M/W @ 7:30pm-9:00pm (If you are available in the morning, please sign up for the morning slots, as I am trying to save the evening time for my athletes that have prior commitments to other sports/work in the mornings).

  • 2 days of Strength & Conditioning/Speed & Agility sessions on Tuesday & Thursday

3 Days a Week Program - $475 Total 

  • Pick of either 1 soccer session & 2 strength conditioning sessions or vice versa

  • 1 or 2 technical soccer sessions on M/W (at times listed above)

  • 1 or 2 strength & conditioning sessions on T/R (at times listed above)

2 Days a Week Program - $450 Total

  • Pick of 2 soccer sessions a week or 1 soccer session and 1 strength & conditioning session

  • Schedule will follow times listed above
